Blazer need not apply

Blazer: Macy's, old school
Tshirt: Target $0.70 (was $3.70 without the coupon)
Skirt: American Apparel $6
Necklace: Torrid (free in 2010 with birthday credit)
Bracelet: Cookie Lee
Shoes: Madden Girl via Marshalls $20

So I was in the market for a blazer until I remembered that I had some blazers in my closet from my interviewing days. Good thing this one actually fit pretty good!
Saved myself some money, yay!

I'm taking part in the Fashion Challenge this week. Today is the menswear challenge.

I have a closet full of blazers from when I used to work in a corporate office. Now I dress them down on the weekends. You look great--and saving money is always good. :)

Aren't blazers wonderful? I love the shape of the one you featured above - very chic. I love the outfit as a whole, as well. Those sandals are a great touch and keep you looking casual and comfortable. Looking forward to seeing what else you put together this week for the challenge!

I like how pulled together an outfit using a bunch of basics, but it still looks interesting and chic!

Love this look, half rockerish. Yeah I gotta bust out the blazers, especially since I never wear them because I hate wearing suits. It looks great with those shoes and the necklace!
