This outfit stemmed from the necklace. I had been eyeing this necklace for a while because it was so unique and I liked the clear grey tube beads.  It was the perfect necklace to pair with my lovely green lace skirt. I went full-on office professional with this top. I don't usually like collared shirts, because I feel like my neck is so covered up, but this one works because of the open neckline.
